Refund policy
We want you to love your pieces—but if something doesn’t feel quite right:
- We accept returns within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and in resellable condition
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is received and approved
Final sale items are not eligible for return.

Damages and issues
We want you to love your Amorosa piece. If your jewelry arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us right away so we can make it right. We’re also happy to offer a free replacement for any item that breaks within 30 days of purchase, because your pieces should last as beautifully as they look.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
